Macla Recruitment Pty Ltd ABN 33 128 956 865 ("we", "us", “our”, "Macla") is subject to the National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).

This Privacy Statement does not apply to Macla employee records, which are generally exempt from the privacy legislation.

- any educational or vocational organisations to the extent necessary to verify your qualifications;
- if Macla merges with or is acquired by another business, we may share personal information with the new owners of the business and their advisers and if this happens, you will be sent notice of such an event; or
We may also seek your consent to collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for any other purpose not listed above.
Where we disclose personal information to a third party, we will take steps to prevent that third party from using the personal information for any purpose other than the specific purpose for which we disclosed it to that third party.
